A creative design & construction consultancy, London.
We make beautiful, durable places that add value and answer directly to the people who use them.
Holland Street Studio is a creative design and construction consultancy based in London. We believe sustainability and efficiency belong at the centre of the built environment, and we reach for innovative materials, considered detailing and current technology to keep our buildings responsive, flexible and light on their surroundings.
We value the history, identity and character found in every site. Each commission begins with an open mind and an inquisitive attitude — looking for what makes a place particular, and where its next chapter can come from.
We begin each commission by listening carefully to our clients' needs and desires, and establishing a detailed, shared brief.
A thorough study of each site uncovers the unique challenges and opportunities it holds — the groundwork for every decision that follows.
Through a research-driven approach we find practical solutions to the most complex problems, unlocking the full potential of a building or site.
From private coastal homes and city apartments to resorts, colleges and masterplans — specialists in unlocking the potential of buildings and development sites.
The knowledge and skills to steer complex, ambitious projects through every stage and level of consultation.
One studio, end to end — from the first concept sketch to a building warranty and the imagery that sells the vision.
